1. Ness Lake Retrievers will sell and the client__________________________________ will buy the Puppy detailed below at the pet stock price of $1000.00.  The Puppy is in good health, has been inoculated, wormed, microchip, due claws removed and Vet checked.

              The puppy described above shall not be used for breeding purposes of any kind, this is a  Condition of purchase at the price stated above. The puppy shall not be sold, leased or given to any pet shop or research establishment.  Shall not be sold, given or donated to any person without the vendor’s prior knowledge and consent. In the event the Purchaser is unable to maintain the puppy, the Vendor shall be informed and shall reserve the right to repossess the puppy at any age. The puppy has been purchased as a Pet and must be castrated/spayed before the age of 16months.  Written confirmation must be provided to the Vendor.

       Will be kept as a Pet in appropriate conditions for its health, welfare and will be fed suitable diet for its age and condition.  Outdoor dog house of sufficient size for the comfort of the adult dog will  be provided for the puppy from the elements. Will receive regular booster vaccinations and receive necessary veterinary care to maintain its good  health. NO jogging or extreme running play, running along side of bicycles, behind 4 wheelers, until the   puppy has reached the age of 18 months, and considered to be grown.  This type of activity has a direct result in problem hips and elbows. Puppy must not be overweight –vet records required.

     The Purchaser (s) further understand (s) that if there is a failure to keep any part of this contract (agreement), or if the puppy is neglected, maltreated, or is failing to receive adequate medical care, the Purchaser will surrender said puppy to the Vendor unconditionally and without financial restitution or compensation.
