Pet-Proof Your Home ~ Great fun for the whole family is to get on your hands and knees and look around, if you can see it so can puppy, and he will go over and check it out. Tuck away phone, tv and stereo cords and move anything you treasure, when puppy grows up it can be replaced. Prevent common accidents in your home by pet-proofing! Check your home for possible poisons, toxins and plants that your pet can get in to. Common dangers include antifreeze, rat or mouse bait, slug bait, medications, drugs, electrical cords, paper shredders, and insecticides. Remove access to children's toys, strings or small objects that can be chewed on or swallowed.
