PUPPY SALES CONTRACT
.Between: Ness Lake Retrievers of 25530 Ness Lake Road, Prince George, B.C. V2K 5M5 ...and… clients name, address and contact information
IT IS AGREED AS FOLOWS:
1. Ness Lake Retrievers will sell and the client__________________________________ will buy the Puppy detailed below at the pet stock price of $2500.00. The Puppy is in good health, has been inoculated, wormed, microchip, Vet checked and delivery to the Lower mainland and Vancouver Island included.

2. That the Purchaser (s) agrees to and understands the following conditions:
The puppy described above shall not be used for breeding purposes of any kind, this is a Condition of Purchase at the price stated above. The puppy shall not be sold, leased or given to any pet shop or research establishment. Shall not be sold, given or donated to any person without the vendor’s prior knowledge and consent. In the event the Purchaser is unable to maintain the puppy, the Vendor shall be informed and shall reserve the right to repossess the puppy at any age. The puppy has been purchased as a pet. Males and females must not be de-sexed before the age of 20 months old. Written confirmation must be provided to the Vendor. Any puppies resulting from a breeding or sired, whether planned or accidental can not be registered with the CKC and are not considered pure bred Labrador Retrievers. A fine of $5000.00 will apply to be paid to the seller by the purchaser for damages. Our Warranty will be nil and void if de-sexing is done prior to the recommended time frame.
3. The Purchaser (s) further warrant that the puppy:
Will be kept as a Pet in appropriate conditions for its health, welfare and will be fed suitable diet for its age and condition. Puppy must NOT be fed a Raw Food Diet nor a Home Cooked Diet until the age of 20 months and considered a full grown adult. Outdoor dog house of sufficient size for the comfort of the adult dog will be provided for the puppy from the elements. Will receive regular booster vaccinations and receive necessary veterinary care to maintain its good health. NO up or down stairs until after the age of 4 months. NO jogging or extreme running play, running along side of bicycles, behind 4 wheelers or constant retrieve training until the puppy has reached the age of 20 months, and considered to be grown. This type of activity has a direct result in problem hips and elbows. Puppy must not be overweight – copies of all vet records required.
The Purchaser (s) further understand (s) that if there is a failure to keep any part of this contract (agreement), or if the puppy is neglected, maltreated, or is failing to receive adequate medical care, the Purchaser will surrender said puppy to the Vendor unconditionally and without financial restitution or compensation.
